Fantastic fresh food, Great team and very friendly service

Whilst the food is great the service is severely lacking. Ordered food to collect instore but wasn't ready as only 1 person has the mobile orders. Had to wait while they made it. No sense of urgency as both staff were on their phones.
Shame this store let's down the brand.

Great staff, fast service and delicious food! All sushi and other dishes made fresh and presented very nicely. I am vegetarian and this restaurant had lots of options for us, which is not common in other sushi places I have visited. The prices are also very good given how well the food is made and presented- much better than places such as Itsu and Wasabi which have got quite expensive for refrigerated food. I will definitely be returning again and recommend to others! (The bao buns were especially yummy)

Terrible service. Ordered for collection and was 40 mins late and still the wrong order. Contacted customer support and was ignored.

Consistent and fresh. Poke Bowls and Sushi fab. Always return for a reliable take away. From another local restaurateur.

Good value - food is good - I was a bit upset they didn’t have the miso and took many days to refund - still good to have some more competition in south Ken

Not great. Expensive for what it was. Rice was hard. Not enough soy sauce for a 50£ order although I asked for it. Won’t order again / does not match price to quality.

Honestly had 3 different and all of them was very tasty, good portions...def coming back to Brentwood One!

Went in for dinner, no one greet me nor serve me until like 10 minutes after.
I ordered miso soup, rainbow roll and teriyaki salmon rice, ended up the miso soup was super salty and nothing much inside the soup apart flavour salty water with spring onion on top
Sushi wise the fish and other ingredients weren't fresh at all, you can feel the sushi breaking apart when trying to pick them up with chopstick
Teriyaki salmon rice - this is worst, portion was super tiny only 4 or 5 tiny pieces of salmon, also not very fresh as well.

Went in for dinner and it was very quiet, should have judge from instinct and avoid it in the first place.

Went to the place in South Kensington. Certainly not to be recommended as a dine-in place, zero atmosphere, grey basement, disposable plates (boxes) and cutlery. Quality of food - below mediocre. Staff very friendly but it doesn’t compensate for the lack of quality.

Really tasty sushi the Lewisham restaurant. All fresh ingredients and so so flavourful. I picked up a takeaway and staff were so kind and friendly while I was waiting. 10/10, can’t wait to go back to dine in.

Food was delicious you can tell everything was made to order. Service was great, waiter made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive. Recommend the crispy roll and chicken katsu.

The staff are friendly, genuinely so and made the experience special. The food portions were a little small for the prize but they were delicious - excellent flavour. The decor is simple and just right for ambiance. I will be spending a lot of time here. Good job all! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
