Each time I have Ordered I have gotten an email with information regarding my order. Within a day or so, I have confirmation that my order is being shipped and I usually have my order within 4 or 5 days, depending where the weekend falls.

Great, quality products.

The tumbler is beautiful and engraves well (once you figure out the settings) although you really have to scrub it with a lot of soap to remove all of the dust from the powder coating. The tumbler is inexpensive, and rightly so as I found that if you fill it with a lot of ice it does start to sweat, despite it being double wall vacuum insulated. I have purchased other tumblers for engraving around the same price point that did not sweat, so I’m a bit wary to charge customers a certain price when there are better insulated tumblers

I love HOGG Outfitters. I only use their merchandise. I have not had any issues with any of their items and their prices are fantastic. Highly recommend to anyone looking for sublimation items or engraving items.
