My experience here is always great. I’m on TikTok and wanted to make merch coffee cups. So I ordered a case of 15oz mugs. Everything turned out great.

I order 2 20oz tumblers
I order 2 20oz tumblers. They are great. I order the 20oz lids from the company and they do not fit, so I ordered 16oz lids. They did not fit. The tumblers say 20oz on the bottow. Hogg outfitters told me I would have to pay for return shipping on the lids, even though it was their products that were wrond.

Amazing customer service
Quick response and delivery. I had gotten a tumbler for a gift and one of my kids broke the lid and they were able to help me quickly and very efficiently.

My experience with Hogg has been exceptionally good. I have been purchasing products for the past 7yrs. With only one incident with stolen merchandise that was replaced. Communication is great. Haven't spoken to them other than texting but the quick response was exceptional.
I recommend their products to all I meet.
