While the order to delivery time was quick I received the wrong items. Their rep attempted to sell me what I received instead of trying to get my original order correct.

They were not aware of what items they sent and what I ordered and attempted to give me $40 dollar credit when it was closer to $200.

I was not able to receive my money back to my account and instead got a store credit..

Consider the situation it put a bad taste in my mouth the I now have $200 store credit with a company the messed up my order instead of being able to relocate this funds to other areas of my small business.

This was my first time ordering but definitely not my last. Shipping was fast, everything is high quality.

Excellent products

I recently ordered two sublimation bulletin tumblers—one gold and one white—as well as a gold non-sublimation tumbler for engraving. We planned to use these as prizes for our unit holiday party.

I began with the gold tumbler, and our patches turned out beautifully. I was especially excited to see how the design would look on the white tumbler, and the initial results looked great. However, while removing the tape after pressing, some of the white coating peeled off and stuck to the tape. This was very disappointing, especially since the item was intended as a prize.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue or if a replacement might be possible?

The only thing I would change is faster shipping and or not charge so much for expedited shipping

I love all your products that I have tried, well worth it. The only negative I have is maybe the cups need to be better packaged for the mail, I had a cup lid that came and was completely broken in pieces.
