The Soundproof Windows Recensioni

I ordered 6 secondary windows (single, double and triple glazing) for noise and other insulation purposes in a period house's flat. I am really happy with the result. Sebastian visited and gave me great advice on which product would be adequate depending on the level of noise insulation required to get a good result. It took a few month to get the windows as they have a lot of demand. They arrived 3 weeks prior to the due date though which was great and it took almost 4 days for the installation. The installation was flawless with Piotr and his colleagues being very professional, nice and working hard and conscientiously. They made sure that they were leaving the flat clean each day and are completely trustworthy. Sebastian also stopped by one day to check the work was going well and ensure I was happy. This is a top company who really cares about its client. It is not cheap but if you want to be sure of the result and have zero hassle, I would recommend Soundproof Windows.

We just had double-glazing installed by the Soundproof team on two windows of our flat that face a busy road - typically very noisy. From initial consultation with Sebastian and customer service by Alice to fast, perfectly executed installation and follow-up afterwards, all was friendly, transparent, quality-driven and very professional. We're very happy with the end result and grateful to the team, which did an excellent job under unusual circumstances. Noise is now nearly inexistent and it looks really good, too.

A fantastic product and team.

We had a great experience with Sebastian and The Soundproof Window Company. The initial consultation with Sebastian was very helpful and led us to choose a different product to the one we had first considered. We are extremely happy with the High Performance Secondary Glazing that we had installed.

The nearby road noise is now just above a whisper and we are finally enjoying a good nights sleep. The design fits in well with our original period window and surround. Installation was done to a high standard, quickly and their installers were friendly, helpful and left the work space spotless.

Thanks!

Ordered secondary casement windows for all the windows in my flat and it's been great. I live just next to train tracks and this product really helped sounproofing the appartment.

The team was really nice to work with and really knowledgeable too. Sebastian did a great job at providing advice, he measured the sound levels in a couple of my rooms and explained to me what was possible. He was very honest, telling me that low frequencies would still go through because they travel through the actual building; I then had a good idea of what to expect.

Great work, definitely recommend it!

The windows have made a massive difference to keeping out street noise and the team were a pleasure to deal with.

I really am very satisfied. We had all our windows replaced with extra soundproofing imitation sash windows when we renovated our house. We live right next to a busy trainline. The windows look like sash, are made of wood, but operate like casement windows. Sebastien and his team are highly professional, very friendly and a joy to work with. The soundproofing is awesome. At the front of the house (away from the train) you literally hear nothing to the extent it's almsot weird, at the back the noise is such that it doesn't bother people trying to sleep. The windows are not cheap, but the premium you pay over and above other, soundproofing windows is well worth it. Our builders are also very impressed. Money very well spent.

Brilliant company, amazing product, thank you so much. Increased road noise had really impacted negatively on our lives and the Soundproof Window company solved it. Our life is so much better. The windows exceeded our expectations. We feel relaxed and happy in our flat again. We feel safe and secure and much warmer than before. We are not constantly stressed. They were lovely, friendly, efficient, dependable and i would highly recommend them if you are suffering from noise as we were. They will make your life much better. It is worth the cost.

The product (sash imitation windows and a front door) is excellent- looks extremely good and provides the level of thermal and noise insulation expected.
Customer service was good too, and when there were snags (e.g. late delivery of one window) I was kept informed and they did their best to rectify asap.

Soundproof windows were simply awesome from start to finish. The survey, the advice, the communication, the quality and effectiveness of the windows, the super-amazing installation team, the health check... all simply way way exceeded our expectations and was truly perfect!

We have been extremely happy with everything from start to finish - both the service and product are very high quality and we would happily recommend. Installing new windows is always a messy job but Peter and team did an excellent job on site and kept everywhere very clean and tidy - they were super discreet we hardly knew they were there! The windows have made a huge difference to the noise levels in our house and also the warmth, it is so much better now.
Thanks to all the team for a really superb job, I will be in touch when we are ready to do the back of the house.

Professional service, knowledgable team, and a high quality product that performs exactly as promised.

I was very impressed with the technical support and quality of the product.

Everything that the company said it could do was done, and the attention to detail was first class. When there was an initial problem it was sorted out to my full satisfaction. I am very please we chose this company.

Amazing service and products! Highly recommend!

Great company. Exceeded my expectations, in terms of quality of work and difference the windows have made the the enjoyment of my home. Wish I had done it years ago.

Soundproof Windows truly deserves an excellent rating. From start to finish they exceeded all expectations. Sebastian is very knowledgeable and always approachable and patient in answering questions. The fitters did an amazing job and were very tidy. We live by a main road with heavy traffic and for the first time we were able to sleep peacefully. Our bedrooms are so quiet, we can only hear our breathing now!
Thank you so much Soundproof Windows - we highly recommend you to all those facing sleepless nights!

I contacted several companies claiming to offer an excellent sound proofing window product but the Soundproof Windows Company stood out from the start - in particular their understanding of acoustics and options to resolve noise issues. I own a period property and my heart wanted sash windows but Sebastian was the only person at the quotation stage who encouraged me to explore the soundproofing benefits of the triple glazed wood casement option and I am over the moon with the choice in retrospect. Traffic noise was the principle driver for replacing my windows and the difference is both remarkable and a step up from any sash option in the market. Sebastian arranged a trip into London for us to see and compare both the sash and casement performance and to look at the installed product which also reassured me given that you cannot see these in a UK factory or showroom. Pricing was competitive (but reassuringly far from cheap) and the entire sales/payment/care/service contact from Alice has been friendly and efficient. Fitting was a nightmare in terms of mess (old house - flakey brickwork) but the fitters did what they could and did an amazing job of the fitting - big thanks again to Thomas and Gilly. In summary this team have a great product that fulfils my brief and I could not be happier with the outcome (unless of course I didn't now have to decorate almost my entire home). Many thanks to The Soundproof Windows :-)

Soundproof were really excellent. Our windows are genuinely amazing - I can’t believe what a huge difference it has made to loving on a busy road. The service was excellent from start to finish - very bespoke to our needs, excellent customer service and lots of advice throughout the process. I would thoroughly recommend using this company to anyone looking to soundproof their property.

Very happy with service and result. Would recommend
