I’m very happy with the service from Energy Rated Windows. From the initial survey to the installation, everything was handled professionally and communication was excellent throughout.

Joel was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the installation team did a fantastic job. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy, and paid great attention to detail. We had two large bay windows as well as the other windows replaced, and everything looks great.

After having a very stressful experience with another window company, it was such a relief to deal with a company that was reliable and professional and delivered what they promised.

We are really pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation. I would definitely recommend Energy Rated Windows and would happily use them again.

Ordering windows through ERW is straightforward from start to finish, including aftercare. After they replaced all our windows in 2014, we returned to them for our extension because the windows had been excellent. Joel and his team are efficient, tidy and courteous, would highly recommend.

Very good work from Joel and installers. We had a hiccup due to us losing a window key before the insall, and they resolved swiftly and sorted us a new handle. Very happy to recommend.

From the very first visit to the completion of the double glazing & conservatory these guys were excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable & professional in their approach. Joel was helpful & accommodating to our requests from the outset. The fitters, Dale & Peter, were everything you want tradesmen to be when in your home. I've had the best experience with Joel and his team. I knew from when getting in quotes this was the company I would go for. Joel was thoroughly professional , understood my trepidation with plastic windows and talked through the aesthetics of what would look better or not. I had the back of the house done last year which was great! When it came to the front I didn't want to lose the 1930's original stained glass fanlights, so Joel made sure there was an exact copy down to the quality of the Leading and colour. They're as near to the original as you can possibly get! I also upgraded to an inline flush window that replicates the original casement windows. It's worth every penny!! I now have the best windows in the street hands down. Absolutely thrilled, Thank you

Joel and the team have been excellent throughout the process. We spoke to the big window company’s but felt Emergy Rated Windows offered us the best overall performance. They have a no problem attitude and over come any challenges they might come across.

Customer service was first class, i did change my order a couple of times but Joel had patience and the end result with the stable door was first class.

Excellent communication with Joel who surveyed the window needing to be replaced and negotiated what was required. The workman who fitted the window arrived earlier than stated and fitted the window in an hour and a half, very efficiently and willing to explain things as well. Its important also to me that the windows - or maybe just the UPVC?- is manufactured in Wales and that overall the insulating properties are excellent.

Energy Rated Windows were excellent from start to finish. Replaced all windows and doors throughout a 2-bed flat (including sash and casement). Joel was professional and polite throughout. Fitters Dale and Pete were the same. Some minor issues here and there (which were out of ER's control) but they were remedied very quickly and without hesitation. Very competitive price as well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Thank you!

Good communication. Good products installed without too much mess. They have replaced 7 of my windows over the last 2 years. Would recommend to a friend.

I couldn't rate this company more highly.
Joel clearly explained our options for replacing single-glazed sash with double-glazing. His communication throughout has been excellent.
The work was carried out on schedule and the guys took great care around the house, so there was almost no mess or disruption.
The windows look fantastic, and were competitively priced. I won't hesitate to contact them again for future work.

We recently had a new front door and side window fitted. Joel was helpful from the beginning with ideas for door and window design. The installation was carried out with minimal mess and Joel and his team worked quickly and efficiently - we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

This is the second time we have used this company and once again they were excellent. Joel is thoughtful, meticulous and accurate, and his window fitters are conscientious and careful.
