I received a faulty slimsafe solar security light and dealt with Nicole who provided a speedy resolution agreeing to send a replacement the same day. Superb service. I realise the product was faulty, but this can happen. It's the speed of the response that I must acknowledge. Great service Nicole thank you!

I am very pleased with my response from Solar Centre. I had a faulty set of fairy lights that occurred 4 months after delivery. Ella and Nicole were very good at sorting me through the issue even though I wasn’t able to find all the details of purchase and delivery on my emails. I’ve had five other sets of solar lights from this company and all the other ones are performing perfectly. Indeed two I’ve had for 2 years or more.
Nicole took my call and was very polite and Ella quickly sorted me a replacement set of lights..

Used to be known for solar lights that work, now more like solar lights that dont work, poor quality, poor design, far too many fail and too many emails, post a question to them they dont show it, post a reviews to the site, they dont post it, note all reviews listed are good ones. Customer service is at best poor if they reply.

This company and their products used to be great and I have used them the last 10 years or so. Their Mini London Post lights used to be excellent but they changed the design and internal components about 2 years ago to USB charging and soldered down batteries. Old lights used to last from dusk til dawn but now only 6 hours maximum even after a full days charge of constant sunlight (I live in the tropics). Clearly using inferior components these days. Such a shame.

I got some Lavenham lights brought across at Christmas. Out of the 4 lights, 2 were totally defective and do not light at all and the other 2 stay lit for maximum of 90 minutes.

Excellent quality solar lights have used Solar Centre a few times. Prompt delivery and kept notified of order status. Had a problem with a discount code, my email was responded to by Nicole and my issue resolved. Very happy.

I have bought several lights from the solar centre at a good price and I've been happy with them all.
It also helps that their customer service is excellent.

I was made aware that there might be a delay in receiving my purchase at the time that I placed my order. Although I did have to chase this up, my enquiry was dealt with very quickly and I received my item within a couple of days so thanks very much to Nicole for expediting this so quickly.

Excellent aftersales service from Ella which is the measure of any quality company . An issue on my order was sorted promptly and without question . Great lights . Recommended .

I have bought many lights from the Solar Centre and service is always excellent. I love these festoon cage lights and also the Solar single lanterns. This particular festoon purchase had a defect in one of the lights but Solar have promptly promised to resolve to my complete satisfaction so was tempted to give 5 stars anyway.

A very good company, I have bought from them in the past on recommendation from a friend.
Communication is fast and helpful.
One set of lights was not working properly, there is a replacement set of lights in the post coming to me as I write this review.
The ladies who dealt with me were speedy polite and efficient, Nicole and Ella.
