Smartbud® - Smart Ear Cleaner Recensioni 

Order not received, order placed 6th May 25. Tried reaching out to support to find out when I can expect delivery but no reply as of yet.

The order never arrived. And I have not been offered a refund.

This is a great little gadget for ear inspections have one myself and purchased another for a gift who is also very impressed with it only down side was when I went to order it was out of stock and I had to wait quite a considerable time for it then postage was very slow as well but all in all good company and good product .

0 customer service. Had a Smart bud for just a little over a year, wanted a brand that a could trust. However it stopped working. Used probably twice a month, kept it charged up and it decided it doesn't want to connect. Connected the customer service. Who basically said that I needed to turn my WiFi off?? Okay, never been a problem before, but I'll give it a go... didn't work obviously and still doesn't Connect. Connected them 5 times since, to which they haven't replied. Very poor service. Very poor website and very poor quality product. Won't be buying or recommending their products again.

The product is good for its price, but the ‘ear cleaner’ needs replacing fairly often. Additionally there is no instructions on how to clean the device properly, nor any product to clear away debris from the ear off of the lens. My only other problem is the data collection practices, and where the data goes,

Apart from those, the product works as described. I don’t use it to ‘clean’ my ears often however. I use it more to check ear health and clear out the ear only when significant deposits build up. Wax in the ear canal is important for ear health - just not an excess of it.

Transformed my ear care routine. Easy to use and better than old school cotton buds.

I really like the product but the thin bit of plastic that surrounds the metal before the end has snapped twice on two smart buds and now they are unusable.

Really handy little tool, good battery life. Use it most days

Scam!! Don't use this company.. I ordered this a month ago and still haven't received my order.. I've also emailed and emailed and no one is getting back to me.. what an absolute joke and I will be taking this further

This device is a gamechanger. An easy and safe way to clean your ears! So easy to use by connecting the device to your phone and the camera is so clear. You will be so surprised how much wax you will remove from your ears!

Smartbud is a really great product, small and compact but really useful and handy device that does the job well at a reasonable price! Will be using again!
