We have used this company (Sevenoaks) in the past and we’re pleased to do so again for shutters and blinds.
Everyone we dealt with from the initial contact through to the fitter, was friendly, polite and efficient.
The shutters and blinds arrived and were fitted within the quoted timescale and the finished products look great. Thanks to everyone!

My wife and I are amazed by the service and quality of the shutters. A massive thank you to James and Dan who installed the shutters as well as the whole team. My wife and I felt like our house was really taken care of when designing and installing the shutters really taking into consideration our day to day lifestyle and what would look best but also suit our budget.
We are so unbelievably grateful and would recommend in a heartbeat. We absolutely love our rooms even more due to the character the shutters bring to the space

I have now used Shutter Studio three times and now have a complete house of shutters and blinds.
They have been so good my dad and used them and now because you have expanded to Herts a colleague from work is having theirs installed this month.

From start to finish The Shutter Studio at Polhill have been fantastic. Speedy communication. Great experience with Brandon when completing the survey for our shutters, no sales pressure and was very thorough in explaining everything and answering our questions. Mark did our installation and was very professional, skilled, tidy and with perfect workmanship. We absolutely love our shutters! They look stunning and are great quality. We would 100% reccomend them.

We visited the showroom @ polhill garden centre. Sam was very informative on explaining the different types of shutters available.We arranged a home visit and he took his time in ensuring that we had exactly what type of shutters that we wanted.
Mark and Katie the fitter and his co-assistant done a fantastic job, they were very professional and done an excellent job in fitting them around the house. They look fantastic from the inside and have great kerb appeal from the outside. We could not be more pleased. Great work thank you.

Excellent family owned shutter company. The free measurements appointment made for a very good first impression of the company. The guy was knowledgable, friendly & efficient. He went through all the different options and explained things thoroughly to me as someone with little knowledge of shutters. He also offered honesty advice and opinions. After getting several quotes from other companies and some discussion with the sales team of the shutter studio I decided to place an order. Before doing so the sales team were patient with me in my indecisiveness and also steered me towards what product might me right for me and were honest and managed my expectations. The only down side of my entire experience was the waiting time for the shutters though the company made it clear upfront it might be up to 14-16 weeks for the imported blinds which I'd opted for. The company were flexible in allowing me to clear the balance (40% of the total - 60% deposit paid at time of order) after fitting and said this was because they were so confident in their product they didn't mind. The arranging of the fitting was seamless and the team were very helpful in getting that sorted. The fitting guy was an absolute sweetheart, was prompt and professional. We're very very pleased with the finish and product and have received many compliments. I've also found how easy they are to maintain and keep clean. Although the team told me they wouldn't achieve full blackout, I am extremely impressed with the blackout they've been able to offer in the rooms I didn't opt for the hidden roller blind in (I'd also recommend this however the roller blind pully mechanism is white and plastic and looks quite cheap quality - I would've preferred stainless steel or nickel) in the room without the roller blind behind it's achieved 99% blackout and with the roller blind behind it's like 99.9% which is amazing as my husband does shift work and I have a new born.

Wow…. Fantastic from start to finish. Have had all my windows done with shutters, hidden hinges & fitted to perfection. Essence. Thank you Dan & Mark for working so hard & giving a great finish. We are really pleased & they look beautiful. Highly recommend.
