This is a great product.
I trialed a single one purchased from a supermarket before committing to a bulk purchase.
They do the job well, lasted longer than a month and I have the peace of mind that I’m not adding microplastics to my home or the environment.
Delivered as expected.

Loved the idea of Seep and ‘feel good’ factor of not using plastic etc. But they separate after a couple of uses which is exactly against the selling point of a years supply and the marketing guff. Not totally diatisfied but feel a little misled.

I started buying these a year ago was very impressed on many levels both ethical and practical. They lasted a good amount of time and were very efficient.
Recently they appear to have changed the design and my first ‘new’ one fell apart within a few days and was nowhere near as abrasive and efficient. Great shame but I’m now not sure I’d buy again.

These sponges and cleaning tools are simply brilliant. I have the copper scourer (which is ace at cleaning things like burnt on lasagne) and the white eco sponges with a tougher cellulose side last for ages. I have put one in the dishwasher 3 times and it is still working well. The cloths too not only look brilliant and artistic in my kitchen but are simply a joy to use. The ethics and sustainability of the products is not insubstantial and they certainly do what they promise. I will not go back to yellow and green sponges ever again. PS my husband who is very fussy also finds these amazing good value and quality too - bonus as he can now do more washing up and cleaning! PS I don't subscribe as I don't like that approach but will certainly be buying again - if I need to as these products last ages! Well done SEEP!

I have to say I am a massive fan because I no longer throw away cloths and sponges (just put them in the wash) and I’m not using plastic or worrying about microplastics and finally got rid of those horrible plastic scrubbing brushes

I changed to Seep and never looked back. Superb company and the ethical choice I want in my home.

Great products that really work (and are contributing to reducing plastic!!!). The cloths and sponges actually 'feel' soft and nice to use. The copper scourers are really effective. I've been using these products for over a year. I have also bought them as presents for friends - particularly friends who don't live in the UK.

I love my sponges/scourers!!!! I still on my 1st one it's lasted well coming up to 2months and I think it needs changing. However I have 2 small kids and so it's on heavy duty work all the time! I wash up 3-4times a day.
The cloths take some getting used to.

I'm really impressed with these compared to the ones I normally get from the supermarket. My first one has lasted 2months and is going strong- I put it into the dishwasher at a high heat and has coped well with that too. Flexibilty improves over time - although that hasn't been an issue for me. Good to have one that is recyclable and doesn't put micro plastics into the waster water

Repeat customer here. Second time purchase of box of 12 sponge scourers and very happy. I had the luck of an offer too! We are a family of four and wash up by hand multiple times a day. Each scourer lasts almost six weeks so, in my mind, eco choice and good value. l do let a new sponge soak in some warm soapy water to soften it up a bit before first use. You have to be careful not to cut the sponge surface with sharp knives but otherwise works a treat on day to day washing up. (For heavy duty grills etc l have a separate brush). Before Seep, l could see the microplastics from cheap sponge scourers washing onto plates and going down the plughole. Really pleased made the swap. Thank you! A wonder product!

Sponge falls apart very quickly. Scrub side not does much.

I really like that these sponges are environmentally friendly and can be composted. However, I think the marketing for their sponges is misleading. I bought a years supply of sponges, advertised as lasting around one month each. I think they probably do last about a month each if you have a dishwasher and only hand wash occasionally. However, if you rent like me, don't have a dishwasher and have to hand wash everything each day, they don't last long. Each sponge lasts me around 1.5 weeks before it begins to disintegrate and physically split and tear apart. Consequently their years supply is likely to last me five months. I would say if protecting the environment is your priority, go for them. If you value saving money and ease of cleaning buy a scrub daddy as they clean better and last longer.

I've seen another review mention Vove and I checked them out. They offer the same product much cheaper, so I might give them a go next time instead as I still want to use less plastic.

I love the idea of Seep and what they’re trying to achieve regarding the environment. However the fact is, their sponges are not particularly effective nor durable. They are somewhat hard and not particularly flexible. From my experience the product requires considerable further development to be able to clean more effectively than the very cheap but environmentally naughty, green and yellow supermarket sponges. I spent £30 on a box of 12 Seep sponges after swallowing their relentless Facebook ad campaign hook, line and sinker. £30 is 20 times the price of the supermarket sponges. It took me 3 attempts to clean a casserole dish which a cheap sponge would have done in 2 minutes. Also with tea and coffee cups it takes ages to remove the brown stains which a cheap sponge would remove in seconds. Seep sponges look and feel like they should work quickly and effectively but from my experience they just don’t.
I really hope they don’t become the household cleaning products version of Brew Dog. A triumph in smoke and mirrors marketing of a somewhat weak product.

I cant say im an expert when it comes to washing up but i can say that these sponges are incredibly durable and last well over a month. yes the up front cost may be a little more but over a year you'll be saving a lot on the crappy cheap sponges full of micro plastics.

I love the sentiment behind the idea of Seep scourers and applaud their efforts to produce a plastic free alternative to more conventional products and for this alone, they get an extra star. However, as a practical way of cleaning pans, grills etc they are only of any use on light residues. They simply aren’t course enough to remove more significant residue, particularly if it’s baked on. I truly wish they were better because if they were, without doubt, I’d keep using them but regrettably, they just don’t measure up.

I really wanted to love these, but have experienced what other reviewers have. I got the bamboo cloths, after a week of using one as a dishcloth, it disintegrated into holes. I contacted customer services, they were great and sent out a replacement, but the same has happened again.
The sponge scourers are terrible. After a few days, the sponge part starts disintegrating and I’m finding bits of sponge everywhere. I thought it could be a faulty one, but they’ve all done the same thing. Such a shame, but won’t be wasting my money again.

Bought a x4 pack last year and was very impressed. Lasted months. Bought a single one from Tesco and it fell apart. I reached out to Seep and give them credit they sent a replacement but that fell apart after a day. Obvious they have a production issues.
