The Best Scooter Shop For Customer Service! Outstanding!
I wanted to purchase an electric scooter for commuting and couldnt decide between models, so after a google search I found the thescooter.shop website who sold the 2 models I was interested in. I immediately got a call back from the shop and a very friendly and informative guy called Stuart went through the pros and cons of each and at no point tried to push a sale, which I liked. I decided apon an Xiaomi M365 scooter and wanted a Saturday delivery due to my work commitments. He went out of his way to arrange this and have me details of a tracking app and tracking info. About 24 hours later I had my scooter delivered to my door. I also got a few texts with advice while awaiting my scooter and cannot be happier. Both service, value and quality is outstanding and I recommend them highly, I wont go to anyone else. Its the customer service and speed of the delivery process that really makes thescooter.shop stand out above the rest. Thank you to Stuart for making the process so easy and a ride on the park (with my new scooter)!
