Purchased a book through Biblio with a 3-6 working day delivery estimate. Over 15 days and two emails went by and it still hadn't arrived. Although pleasant in language, the email I received in return was evidently copy and paste (considering I received the same email word for word on two separate occasions assuring me the matter would be dealt with). Over 20 days later I received a refund from Biblio and, to my knowledge, the book I purchased never even left their store.

Ordered a book via AbeBooks on June 4th
Book hadn't arrived by 14th June despite receiving 'Item dispatched' email (no tracking info.) from seller The Saint Bookstore on June 5th.
Polite enquiry on June 14th to be informed that Yodel Tracking states 'Item delivered on June 8th at 14.00'.
Well not to me it wasn't and I was home all day.
Further email from The Saint Bookstore repeated that tracking information showed Item delivered on June 8th.
Totally lacking any empathy, courtesy or interest.
Felt my integrity was doubted (the book order cost was £3.58) and I was met with a complete failure to accept something could have gone wrong.
Not the slightest interest in offering help, a solution or in taking responsibility.
You might be more fortunate but if something goes wrong with a Saint Bookstore order my experience is;
You're on your own.

I ordered a book from The Saint Bookstore through Abebooks. The description was brief and when it arrived I discovered the book was in Spanish. This was definitely not in the description.
They did not send me a prepaid label to return and it cost me £3 to return. I am waiting for a response to see if they will cover the cost of this. If they do refund the postage I will give more stars.

What an awful service I recied via abe books not only were they dishonest about delivery times but they stated it had been sent when contacted for tracking information found out it had not even been dispatched I was miffed at this and said I was expecting it as a birthday gift and it hadn't been sent I would have ordered elsewhere if I'd known the dates were not reliable they canceled my order and sent me several rude emails and said me asking why they'd stated it was sent when it wasn't as moaning. Really petty sellers have also put on a complaint to abe Bookstore.
I looked back on previous orders and realised that the same company constantly sends books out later then the stated dates will make sure NEVER to order from them again - why support local sellers when you get a better service from amazon that's what you get for trying to shop local I suppose

A slight delay in delivery but was kept updated by email, my first order and was reassured by the email update.
Arrived well packaged in cardboard thank you for helping me reduce my plastic waste. Now I can’t wait to read the book.

Came quickly, in perfect condition.
