Amazing customer service with clear communication throughout

The process of both buying and selling a saddle through The Saddle Bank was seamless!
I was able to speak to a member of staff on the phone, who happily guided me through the process (which was actually pretty simple to do online if I'd looked!).
I received my new saddle within the quoted timeframe and the saddle I sold to them was paid for within days.
I would use this service again in a heartbeat and recommend anyone to go to The Saddle Bank before thinking of going anywhere else!

Excellent, straightforward service. I wanted to sell my saddle and this was such an easy , hassle free service. From my initial email, I received a quote the following day. Once the price was agreed, the saddle was collected from my front door and then I was notified when they received my saddle. Payment was received within hours of then receiving the saddle.

Being an Ideal saddle, this was not bought outright and needed to wait to be sold through the website. The whole process was very easy and hassle free. I gave them the saddle in April and forgot about it till August, when I checked the website to see if there was any progress. As I couldn't find my saddle listed on the website, I contacted the Saddle Bank. I had a very swift reply (20mins) to say my saddle had been sold and I would receive the money within the week. I have received the money as stated.
This may be a one off co-incidence that I happened to message them on the day it sold, or that their usual process failed them on this occasion. But I am unable to give a "full marks" review if I need to chase a company for my money.

What an excellent company! Send your lovely saddle and wait for the Saddlebank to find a new home. The team are really friendly and efficient - I will definately be using them again.

Very efficient service from the point of first contact for a valuation, to arranging the collection of the saddle, it was quickly on their website and sold. I received a higher price than other reputable saddle sellers had quoted and would definitely use them again

Can’t fault them, really happy and would recommend for anyone who is thinking of selling a saddle. Of course the offer is based on brand, age and condition, but I’d rather take less and not have the hassle of selling privately as there are alot of time wasters out there! Really straightforward process - uploaded photos for a quote on an older saddle, got the quote back within 24 hours with an offer to buy outright, waited without hassling me whilst I checked with the saddler that it wasn’t going to fit my new horse and then just a few clicks of the mouse button to accept the quote and book the courier when I was ready to sell. Money arrived in my account just over 24 hours after the saddle arrived with them. Also dealt with a really helpful person over the phone when the courier didn’t arrive in the original slot (their fault, NOT The Saddle Bank’s!) and collection was rearranged and I was kept informed throughout this process.
