I accepted the quote & the saddle bank team arranged the collection. They messaged to confirm the saddle was received the next day & the money was in my account by the end of that day - it really doesn't get any more straight forward than that!!!

I sent an email requesting a quotation, which was received within 24 hours. I was then offered a choice of courier collection days. Once my saddle was collected, payment was made into my bank account next day. Absolutely seamless 👍!

Sent my saddle to sell
Sent my saddle to sell. Was on the website for a few weeks, hadn’t sold and I needed the money to purchase another saddle for my young horse. I asked the saddlebank if they would buy it outright at the original quote and they did. Payment within 24hrs.
Excellent service, would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

Such an easy transaction. The questionnaire about the saddle i wanted to sell was really easy to fill in. Adding the required photos was so simple to do. Courier collection was arranged by the Saddle Bank at a time convenient to me. Great price offered and funds were received in my bank 2 days after they'd received the saddle. Overall a simple, convenient and successful transaction. Would definitely use again

A big thank you to all the staff who assisted me in the sale of my saddle. I received a quick response to my request for a quote, the quote was very fair and today I dropped my saddle off and a matter of hours later I received the agreed sum in my bank account.
