Our beautiful rug was safely delivered this week. We ordered on line which was straightforward and we had good information about delivery time and a prompt delivery.
The rug is just what we wanted and I can highly recommend The Rugs Warehouse.

We received are rug sooner than expected and are very pleased with it. The quality and colour are excellent.

Honestly, could not be more thrilled with the service I received and the rugs I purchased... I went in to check things out and was literally taken around and given lots of advice.

I thought I had a strong idea of what I wanted, but they gently proposed an alternative.. which I risked... it was delivered within 24 hours... and loved it so. much, I then bought another identical one to go somewhere else in my flat!

I recently bought the Fabricano blue rug (160 x 230cm) from The Rugs Warehouse and am delighted with my purchase and the service I received. Correspondence and delivery info were very prompt and I was pleased to receive the rug within a few days of ordering. The rug is lovely - great colours and a nice texture. I saw the same rug on a different company’s website for a higher price so alI in all, I’m a very happy customer!

A very good range of beautiful rugs - in fact it took a while to choose which one I wanted, so spoilt for choice.

There is a good selection of rugs and we easily found one we liked the look of and was large enough (we particularly wanted a large rug). It arrived within the suggested time frame for delivery and we are very pleased with how it looks in our living room. The image on the website accurately reflected what the rug looked like in real life. A very positive experience all round.

What can I say about The Rugs Warehouse company - oh what a fantastic company to deal with - nothing is too much trouble. I chose a rug over the internet which is no mean feat and to help me make the right decision, I was sent samples, colour swatches and my own YouTube video to see all the colours of the rug! You go a long way to find customer service like this these days! I cannot recommend this company and its wonderful staff highly enough! PS love our rug ..! Pauline
