Terrific service from beginning to end. Prompt replies to emails regarding the rug I was interested in. Placed my order on a Sunday and rug was delivered on the Wednesday as estimated. Prompt, polite and efficient service all round, including that from courier service used. Would definitely recommend and use again

I rarely write reviews but recently purchased 3 large rugs from the Rugs Warehouse to be placed together in to form a single floor covering. The rugs arrived earlier than expected within 2 days of the order. One rug was a slightly different shade, which I guess may be anticipated in a hand woven product, but which defeated our object of creating a single large 'carpet'. The customer service team could not have been more helpful and exchanged the rug for one which matched the colour at no additional delivery charge. This is something I feel they were under no obligation to do but which restored my faith in modern customer service - well done!

Ordered over the internet without seeing the rug in person. Very good website with clear pictures but I still needed help. They were really helpful, sent me close up pictures of different rugs and explained the differences. Once ordered they kept me updated (went for a rug that was made to order). Rug received on time and is of beautiful quality. Really pleased with a hassle free experience. Thanks!

The Rugs Warehouse was easy to visit although i needed googlemaps to help me. The woman there was so helpful with ideas plus able to explain how the different weaves and yarns would perform. She explained a convenient returns or swap policy in case a rug wasn't quite right. But in the end I was extremely happy with my choices and bought three rugs.

I ordered a beautiful rug from the Rugs Warehouse. The choice was excellent, buying process was easy, and the communication excellent. My rug was delivered on time, in excellent condition and we’re really happy with the results. It really finished off our room.
My only ask for the future would be for a ‘related product’ suggestion on the site as I had to go elsewhere for a gripper mat as we have placed it on top of laminate. I would have preferred to make the purchases together, and would be good for sales.
The rug is high quality and the colours are vibrant as per the website. I would really recommend the Rugs Warehouse.

Fabulous rug and the best customer services I've experienced for years

Great customer experience, kept informed all the way through process. Initially I ordered a rug which when arrived wasn't quite the colour I was hoping for. So I requested a return and ordered another, I received a call asking if I would like some samples sent to help match colour. I felt I had a very personal service and was I notified when the rug had been finished and expected delivery in UK was delivered to me following day. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Was wary of buying a rug online but The Rugs Warehouse website was very accurate and gave plenty detail with regards to weight, pile height, colour etc etc. Moreover, we didn’t have to wait long for the rug and delivery was tracked. All in all, delighted with our purchase and would definitely recommend this company to friends.
