Friendly and very helpful associates. Very quality merchandise.

Greeted us at the door and first told us they would be having a sale. Thought that was excellent service.

The associate who helped me was named Brad. He was so so great. I shopped at so many furniture stores before landing on the roomplace. He was eager to help but not overbearing. Also, he was able to see in transit inventory which sped up the process instead of having to wait weeks for delivery like Ashley or Bobs. Plus they had a ton of options to choose as well. Great store.

Sales Rep spent lots of quality time with me I did not feel rushed.

Though the store manager was a nemesis, John, my salesperson, was great to work with.

The customer service was outstanding and I felt well respected for my choice and no one forced me to purchase anything that I didn’t want.

First off Andrew is a great salesman and Christina is a great General manager. They listened and offered suggestions. We went in just looking around and left with custom furniture. I'm excited and can't wait for delivery.

There was a bit of high pressure sales towards the end of our experience, which I get is a sales tactic. I don’t generally like feeling pressured to finance or commit money right away, but overall it was a good experience.
