I felt that the sales women knew what I wanted and didn't try to sales or push something else on me. She was very polite and genuinely kind. She answered all me questions and if she didn't know the answer she went to someone who did. I got the furniture I wanted and financing that was fair.
One small issue in December with a $3k bed frame and here it is February and they came to fix it at my house but ordered me the incorrect piece so now we have to find time for scheduling again and wait some more. I don’t even want them having the satisfaction of my purchase anymore but won’t give a refund… will NEVER purchase from them again. Not to mention the first time they order my replacement piece they told me it’s ready for pick up in IL, I live in IN

We've now gotten to know a few of the managers in Carmel and Castleton, we've bought our mattress, two hide a beds, and a reclining chair now...we have been very please with all of their communication and service.
Moses was helpful, friendly, professional and did a great job helping my husband and I pick out family room furniture. Great experience!
Easy atmosphere and no pressure at the point of sale. Friendly personnel.
The store mgr helped us and was friendly, knowledgable, courteous and made us want to purchase from her store. I would recommend friends & family visit & purchase for this location.
Diane the Executive Sales person was fantastic at explaining all aspects of this purchase. The first company to check all our needs boxes!
Had a lot of help from Ms. Cristina Grissmer. I was able to find a sectional I like that fit my budget and my living room.
I wish they have told me that the warranty for the furniture I bought will cost me 500 hundred dollars…

I placed an order with The Room Place on 1/7/23 for a Full Size Fulton Bedroom set. On 1/14/23 The order was suppose to be delivered but they called and said that the headboard of the bed was cracked in half, but they would still bring the other things, which were the dresser, mirror, and nightstand. Obviously this is disappointing because the bed is the most important piece. So now the date for the bed is 1/21/23. Well here we are on the day of and they show up with the headboard, footboard, and NO RAILS for the bed. I am highly disappointed to say the least. The Room Place is not a place that I will be shopping at ever again. I should not continue to have issues every time they bring part of the order that should have all came at once. At this point they can come pick up the stuff I do have and return my money. A simple sorry is not going to make this better. I payed my money in cash and I should have had ALL the pieces to my order on the original date that it was suppose to come. We understand mistakes happen but when you still don’t have everything on the 2nd go around, sorry will not cut it for me. This is ABSOLUTELY YOUR MISTAKE.

My sales lady friendly approached and asked what I was looking for and she showed me plenty of options I gave her my price I wanted to spend and my purchases came in right under my budget I was very satisfied
They give everything very expensive and nothing works, everything is damaged, I am very sorry for having bought something there, nothing worked out for me, everything came out broken, the pieces were damaged, the bed does not work and they never solve anything, this company is useless, I do not recommend buying anything there

The products and prices are good.
The shopping experience reeks of car sales techniques.
Insisting people buy a warranty for their product purchase makes me question the whole experience.
Being told "We insist you buy it" and then having a ritualistic sign-off declining protection after extended badgering by a manager-type leaves a sour memory in my mind.
It makes me unlikely to want to be a frequent customer.
Offer it, encourage it--but don't badger with phrases that it is a required part of the purchase.
Don't turn furniture shopping into a car buying experience.

The young lady was very nice and professional. She took her time with me and show me around the store what I was looking for. She was able to answer all of my questions and she was also very very pleasant.
I came in with what I wanted and was in and out!
