Picking up the consignment items at the house is a great feature, everything is handled very professionally. Things are processed quickly, and the process is very transparent. My primary complaint is that the payout is very small, it’s not really worth doing unless you have very very expensive items.

The purchase at your houston store was smooth and pleasant. The item arrived when expected and in good condition. The gift boxes you use are sturdy and very nice to have in my closet. However, whoever packed the box should be fired. My box was almost all the way open and held closed at one end by a thread, literally. I have pictures to send you but not sure i can attach them. Please email me if you'd like to see pix of the package when it arrived.
