Everyone impressed with the design

The old radiator in our bedroom was of an imperial size and it was very difficult to find a replacement of the exact same size (600x960) as most standard rads seemed to be 600x900. The designer radiator we purchased was of the correct dimensions so no pipework needed to be altered, it was delivered very quickly and is of a very good quality. Very pleased.

Radiator turned up very quickly for a purpose made item.
Very happy with the quality of the products and with the customer service team who took my original order over the phone.

Great experience, the delivery went well and the guys were careful and brought the radiator into the house. I’m very happy with the radio looks lovely and warms the room far more than the old single one!

Ordered 2 towel rails one size was not in stock so I offered a alternative ( more expensive) for the same price.
I also order the radiator valve but only received 1.

Rush job requiring a really quick turn around. Super helpful staff who were available to answer a phone call, as opposed to going round the houses and filling in web based enquiry forms! So helpful over the phone, next day delivery packaged well. I had radiator (black vertical) fitted yesterday looks absolutely gorgeous. Great experience from start to finish and very pleased with radiator, valves and sleeves (black) for pipework. Will be using again and highly recommend. Service and products cannot fault.
