Horrible company, steer clear!!

Absolutely horrible experience working with Kate. Very bad communication skills from the get go- took ages to get responses, she didn’t even get back to me about my deposit until days before my event though we’d been in contact months. She didn’t bring all the items booked the day of, and she supplied us with broken items and has now blamed us and stolen our deposit because of it. Though we have photo evidence the item was broken before our hire, still she refuses to refund. Steer clear of this shady company!!

Don’t use anyone else!

My husband and I got married in September 2021 right out of lockdown. Having rescheduled numerous times, we weren’t sure it was going to happen and finding suppliers who would be flexible and helpful was a lot more difficult than I had imagined which only added to the stress. Then I found Kate at Prop Library and it all started to come together. She was just brilliant. Creatively working with our budget to make our wedding simply stunning. It was every thing I imagine and more! She actually listened, really cared and I couldn’t of had the wedding we did without her. Couldn’t recommend Kate highly enough!

Kate at The Prop Library did an amazing…

Kate at The Prop Library did an amazing job sourcing tableware, candelabras and chairs for our 1930s Murder Mystery Party at very short notice.
Couldn't have been more helpful and the result was stunning.
Highly recommend and look forward to working with Kate and the Team in the future. Dawn & Phil Tufnell
