Subject: Urgent Request for Subscription Cancellation and Refund
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing on behalf of “. a customer of your service, concerning a persistent issue that has remained unresolved to date. Despite repeated attempts to cancel my monthly subscription, your company continues to deduct charges from my account, which is both unauthorized and unlawful.
Please be advised that as of January 2023, there has been no active subscription visible on my account. Nevertheless, your company has continued to deduct monthly amounts. This is contrary to both our agreement and consumer protection laws.
Moreover, my correspondence with your customer service team, both via email and telephone, has failed to resolve the issue. This lack of response and action on your part is disappointing and unacceptable.
Therefore, I demand the following:
1. Immediate termination of my subscription.
2. A full refund of all unauthorized deductions since [first month of unauthorized deductions].
3. Written confirmation of both actions.
If these issues are not satisfactorily resolved within 14 days from the date of this letter, I will be compelled to take legal action. This may include further action, including claims for compensation for damages suffered and legal costs incurred.
I look forward to a prompt and positive response from your side to resolve this situation satisfactorily.

Amazing Company & Program
I've been a member of Blackswanfx and their funded lab program for about a month now and all I can say is that they are amazing! In one month I've already passed 2 phase one challenges and I'm so close to passing the 2nd phases to receive my funded accounts. I can't recommend this program enough and Ben, the owner, is so helpful and is happy to answer any question you may have. Don't listen to the "scam" reviews on here because everyone who's signed up and followed the onboarding steps, including myself, has had a positive experience thus far. 100% recommend!

100% scam site
Total scam u can't ask support questions or you get muted and expect you to be apart of their program with junk EA that goes to in Drawdown and also jus billed me when no reoccurring payments are set up total scam site don't believe a word from them and no doubt any good reviews are written by them not actual members

TOTAL REAL SCAM!! Don't waste your time and money on this fake guru and his service. The owner of this scam will show you all great results and fake stuff just to prove that his system is working BUT the real true is that he only care to steal your money. If you want any refund because you are not satisfied with the service he will block you and you will get banned from the group. The owner is very rude and he will play his games to avoid the refund. Not serious and legit business TOTAL SCAM!! Nothing in the Discord group is real most of the results are total fake probably the members too. The 5 start reviews here are 100% fake and probably he bought them. So don't fall in this scheme for stealing peoples money and save your hard worked money. I will try to open a claim in the police office against this scammer hopefully nobody else won't be scammed like me.

To ensure everyone is informed, it is important to note that this individual joined our free Discord group five days prior to becoming a member.
Upon joining, he later determined that our services were not suitable for him. However, when we inquired about the specific aspects that didn't meet his expectations, he responded by losing his temper, demanding a refund, and resorting to swearing and insulting behavior in the public chatroom because he couldn't get his way, then proceeded to blackmail us with a "Bad Trustpilot review" unless he gets his refund.
Such behavior is not tolerated, and as a result, we took the necessary action to mute him as he was breaking the rules of the group, which are in place to ensure the safety and happiness of all members.
Before making a payment, this person, like all other members, signed a no refunds contract in accordance with our terms and conditions. Our website, policies, and even the free Discord community explicitly state our no refund policy. We specialize in selling non-tangible products and provide comprehensive videos that showcase our entire business model before purchase.
In addition, we offer a 24/7 live chat service and the option to schedule a call to address any pre-joining inquiries.
It is worth mentioning that our community and policies have been effective over the past three years, with minimal complaints, except for isolated cases where individuals attempt to disregard established business practices.
We are committed to going above and beyond to assist every member of our community hence we do everything live 4/5 hours a day to ensure 100% transparency and quality of service for our customers. It is unfortunate that this particular individual did not have the opportunity to fully experience our dedication.
Within less than 48 hours of being part of the group, this individual did not engage with any instructional videos, read any provided materials, or follow our established processes. This review is solely based on his dissatisfaction with not receiving a refund that he demanded, without providing any reason for it.
He had a five-day window to thoroughly evaluate our offerings in the free group, with videos available on our website that provide a comprehensive overview of our business model, what members can expect, and transparently present all our policies.
Despite our best efforts, this person resorted to displaying a childish outburst and continued with insulting remarks so we had to mute him.
As the saying goes, we can lead a horse to water but cannot make it drink, sadly.
We kindly request the removal of this false review, as it was written with the intention of blackmail.
We will be providing Trustpilot with all the necessary screenshots and evidence to support our case.

I don't even know who this guy is.
But it looks like, once again, another sad person making up lies to justify defaming somebody's business because they couldn't get their own way.
Start taking some responsibility for your own stuff, mate. If you signed up with us (which I don't even know if you did because I can't find you), you signed the terms stating that you're in control of your own subscription, and you were given clear instructions on how to cancel it 24/7.
If you don't cancel it and let it run, that's not us "stealing." It's your fault for not canceling it. It's very sad that you would write something so pathetic and childish on somebody's public page.
But just to clarify a few things:
The robot isn't Martingale, although it does have an optional function to use it.
We don't send signals; we trade live every day. I've never seen this person during any of my live sessions. I'm live for 4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Yes, you will be charged if you don't cancel your own subscription. What else do you think would happen? That's not stealing, my friend. It's us fulfilling our obligations as a service provider, while you ignore yours as a customer.

Thank you 🙏 so much for your signals they have been awesome totally smashed them today. I have learnt so much.
Your the first trades that have made any sense, you’ve been completely 100% transparent and authentic.
I joined the free signals group about a month ago and within a week I was making profits. Over £100 in my first week. The most profit I had since I’d been trading. (I’d lost more than I won)
So I dived in and got into the paid signals. In week 2 I could really see this works and how this could work and I new I could make this work helping me with my dream and vision.
I then went straight in and bought the bot 🤖. OMG It’s so easy to use and I’ve made consistent profits that has paid for the bot 🤖. Having a passive income while I am working as a nurse & mum, along with the signals on my days off I can see me paying my debts and mortgage off in now time at all and give my kids & family the life we all deserve. There will be no more living payday to payday.
Once my kids are old enough I will be teaching them to do the same. With thanks and gratitude. 🙏

One stop shop for creating lifelong wealth
I’ve used multiple EA’s, have invested in several companies this past year and lost $50k total. Ben’s EA is super powerful! Solid gains, with low DD. You can adjust your settings to what you need, but it’s very easy to use. I love the course that comes with it as he not only teaches you how to set it but also how to create the correct mindset to make this a lifelong success. I initially bought the lowest package to test it out and was so impressed with the results that I’ve now upgraded to the highest package. His signals group is also amazing, great signals, with analysis so you learn to analyze charts yourself as well and understand the reason behind the signals. Very high success rate. All in all I would recommend anything Ben offers, it’s a one stop shop to create long term wealth. Also… Ben’s very responsive, personable and helpful in making sure you’re successful. Put in the work, learn how the systems work and demo test to find your best settings. Everyone’s risk level is different. Fully support him!

I’ve been part of this service for awhile now and also have the algo bot (which I have had success with) but I love the manual trading side of things! I’ve been getting insane returns with my 10k account I started just over a month ago! All by just following the indices/commodities signals. Ben has an insane success rate and he is always available to help when you need him! He doesn’t just drop signals he posts the analysis so you can learn on the fly whilst making solid returns! I could not recommend his services enough!

How you do what you do is beyond me. You seriously should have 100x more subs. It doesnt make sense to me that you haven't. Profits day in day out with very small losses should bring anyone to the table. Outstanding work again!
