Honestly, I can't speak highly enough of this father daughter team!!! Between them they guided me at every twist and turn through the very difficult process of evicting a troublesome tenant. They were extremely reasonably priced and gave me so much of their time whether through emails and phone calls and didn't charge me anything extra than their standard "bundle" price. They take huge professional pride in their work and as such wouldn't accept any additional payments from me even when I offered!? Amazing that good people like these exist in this day and age really. they restored my faith in human nature. I have no hesitation in referring to their excellent company again and consider them friends!:)
