I’m really happy with my experience with the present tree. I’d ordered an oak tree as a gift, which Royal Mail seemed to have lost, so I got in touch. Simon sorted everything out straight away and sent a replacement on a 24 hour service. All in all great customer service!

Not a cherry tree but a Portuguese Laurel. Don't be fooled - this evergreen (cherry trees are deciduous) Laurel is also known as a cherry laurel due to its dark fruits resembling cherries but that's where the similarities end. The flowers are small and white and it drops hundreds of annoying seed heads everywhere. False advertising claiming a cheap laurel is an ornamental cherry tree and judging by a previous review they are fully aware of this and are therefore scammers. Avoid like the plague.

Have purchased two plants recently from the present tree. The first was a camellia for my brother's engagement and the second was a myrtle tree for my wedding. Although expensive, both plants arrived in good condition and were healthy nice plants. Having tried another competitor and getting a poor specimen, I would now only use this company for tree delivery through the post.

I am so disappointed with this company. We purchased an ornamental cherry tree as a surprise gift for our son's birthday. He lives in Cherry Road so it seemed apt!. I paid over £40 for this . He recieved a hedging plant - a Portuguese Laurel - prunus lusitanica Angustifolia - this is a narrow leafed evergreen which has white flowers - but not blossom or anything like cherry blossom. An ornamental cherry is called prunus serrula, acolode, amanogawa - but NOT a prunas LA - this is a common hedging plant ( as described by the RHS) and can be purchased locally for £5! Both my husband ( a horticulturalist) and myself have tried communicating with the company and at first recieved emails ( somewhat patronising) - and one telling us we could eat the berries the tree they sent produces and another telling us they were poisonous- but despite polite emails seeking a resonable resolution ( they wantedme to post it back but it is at my sons - he has planted it , thinking it is a cherry tree, and does not have the time to dig it up, pack it and post it back- it was a present - not another chore!) They are no longer responding.

I ordered from this company a rose plant for an 80th birthday gift, gave the date I wished for it to arrive but unfortunately their carriers sent it to the wrong delivery depot resulting in the item showing up late. In fairness Present Tree did send another plant out as soon as I contacted them. Unfortunately the plant itself is really small, the packaging is lovely & I think that’s where your money goes. I could have bought the rose from any garden centre at a fraction of the price. Expensive mistake.

Got a tree for my birthday and loved it so much I ordered one for my mum for Mother's Day and she was delighted. Had to contact customer services for help for a small issue and Catherine was really quick and helpful to clear things up. Couldn't recommend them any higher - a great gift and it also comes in really nice packaging.

Don't bother wasting your money.

I no longer believe in all that because climate change is man made by the s.s and Gretas family owns ships,airplane and oil companies She's a paid shill. Just like all the celebs. I am no longer vegan because it's also promoted by a Freemason who wants health to be poor just like your doctor giving u the vax.
I supposed this company to help the Green Party but I don't even vote now. I am now sovereign and private.
Anyways I paid for quite a few trees from here, they all died, but when I paid for regular trees from Amazon they survived and produced fruit, Tamar and nursery's sell better quality, it's almost like this company sell you trees that only survive if u pay for their expensive £20 solutions that last 1 month or less.
I really supported this company before but they need to be shut down, there's too many negative reviews on ethical superstore.

I ordered a wedding gift from this company in plenty of time for a 3 day delivery. I was very specific about delivery needing to be on a certain date as the couple would only be there for that time frame. The item did not arrive even though I paid an extra fee for a timely delivery. Several emails to the company have been ignored. Had they responded in time, we could have arranged an alternate delivery address. I have requested a full refund and they have not responded. Very poor customer service.

I work in palliative care and l like to make a special gift to the family to help them remember their loved one. Present tree is by far my favourite gift. Always arrives on time and beautifully packaged.
Customer service has also been good. I like that even if lm not sure what to pick l can just by and print a gift card.

The fabulous people at The Present Tree helped me out last minute after being let down by another supplier. They got the trees to me the very next day and they were beautiful and very much cherished.
Represented excellent value for money, fantastic customer service and I was left feeling like a valued customer.

My daughter bought me a hazel tree with roots infused with summer truffle spores - supposedly the truffles would grow along with the tree. Present arrived beautifully packaged but, despite following all instructions, the sapling was showing signs of distress within three days and one week after my birthday looked pretty much dead. I wrote to the Present Tree customer services team, inserting photos of the ‘tree’. They didn’t even bother to respond. Unless you have a fondness for collecting dead twigs, I suggest you steer clear.

We researched carefully and this company is as good as they say. A sapling was delivered within two days, carefully wrapped and in beautiful condition! Given how good a condition the sapling is in this is very good value for money.

Absolutely first class. Present arrived and was presented beautifully. Had a problem which was my own making. Customer support very quick and sorted me out within an hour.

The present we bought was a Juniper tree, it was expensive and small for the cost, I would not recommend this company, organic or not !
