You went bust so we not only lost our money but we didnt get to attend!

The company no longer exists, no way of contacting anyone money lost no event!!! Appalling

Event got cancelled company’s gone bust

They went bust and never told anyone never got a refund!

Company went insolvent, was advised from their IP they would not be offering refunds then had the cheek to dispute my chargeback from the bank.

How can we write a review when we were not able to go as the company went bankrupt!!!!

It was cancelled. No refund issued

Purchased tickets. Company then folded. No email from the company and no chance of getting my money back.

You went bust and didn't honour the reservation.

The show was cancelled and we were never informed. The company went into voluntary liquidation and never thought to let anyone know the show had been cancelled. Website closed, Facebook closed and all email errored

You took my money and then went bust but never informed me and you are certainly not giving me my money back.
An absolute sham! This was supposed to be a birthday present.

Since they ceased trading and cancelled the event several months before it, still took my booking and payment AFTER ceasing trading, didn't tell me that the event was cancelled, didn't give an indication of who to contact for a refund leaving me chasing around trying to find it, and, refusing to refund so I've had to go through my bank and have a wait for nearly 2 months to get my money back (still waiting for it), I really don't think you want to know what I really think of the company right now!.

We booked for the jack the ripper post mortem live and it got reschedule to a dated in 2025. We have yet to hear anything about it and both the website, phone numbers and emails given are no longer active! Me and my friend booked via my university and we are now down 75 pound! That's a lot when it comes to university students!

Company liquidated with no notice. Unable to claim a refund. Show did not go ahead. Out of pocket with no reason.

It's a scam, doesn't exist. Had to fight bank to get money back.

I paid 2 tickets £80 each. The event was cancelled, the webpage disappeared, I had no refund.

It went bankrupt I lost all my money and didn’t get notified until I saw a Facebook post, I will never rebook again and will warn everyone who is interested, I’m so disappointed and angry that there was absolutely no communication and no attempt at a refund of some sort
