I ordered 3 commemorative decanters and glasses for the 250 year anniversary of our country. I ordered these in February and still have not received them. I have contacted them repeatedly and they keep saying that my order was shipped, I have did not receive them. I wrote and told them that I believe they are a scam company and that I would do anything I could to warn others about them. These were not inexpensive items. I bought them for gifts for 3 veterans who served our country. Below is what I ordered. Please don’t fall victim to this company. It is truly a scam. I have tried and tried to get a refund, but will not give it to me. I am turning them in as a scam company to my credit card company and to my bank. Buyers, please be aware that you can nor longer trust what is on the internet.

Dear world, BladeUltra is a FRAUD. The pictures of the products is in NO WAY representative of the product you will receive once it ships from China and arrives…eventually. Their products are garbage quality and DONT HAVE the features the ad words use to make the product attractive.

When approached to reconcile the OBVIOUS FRAUD AND DECEPTION. Bladeultra wants me to spend more money to sent the item to China.

Advertising images showed a really nice looking cap with leather badge, claiming that the cap was 'handmade leather'. What turned up was printed cap, with a very poor image and soft outlines. Certainly not what I ordered and paid for. They initially responded to my complaint offering a meagre 10% repayment. When asked for a return address and 100% refund, the emails went unanswered.

Stay away from these scammers

The caps were not embroidered as advertised. They were printed and one was not even the one I ordered. Complete trash caps.

This is a SCAM site. Ordered a leather hat with patches and got a crappy cloth hat that was screen printed. They say 100% satisfaction guarantee but do not honor it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought 2 hats over 45 plus dollars with discount. Absolutely a piece of sh.. its suppose to be 100% satisfaction and 100 % money back guarantee. Thats a joke. They need to be shut down bait n switch. The more people who can get on the interent and social media to complain the better. JUNK PRODUCTS!!!!

Company is untrustworthy, we ordered hats from them that said they were leather. We paid $61.00 for hats that were printed and no leather. Temu has the same hats, and it says that blade ultra is a buyer, for resale, on the same hats. Temu sponsors people to do this. It says so on the internet after investigating into this situation.
So I got an email from them stating that they apologize for my unsatisfactory, offered me 10% back of the $61.00 we paid. I requested a shipping label to get our money back. They avoided my request and offered 10%. Do not buy from things sold by Blade ultra, of any products sold by them. Actually any business from China. I am very sad we had to learn this way.

this product is a JOKE. this web sight I thank is a Scam.. the pictures lead you to think this hat is cool. but far from the truth. the hat I received is nothing like you portray it is!!!!!. this shit isn't worth $1.50 U.S. I am 100% DAV ,on Monday I am going to the VA Hsp and I am going to show YOUR HAT. Then I will show them your ad. I bet you won't receive much more orders from Mo & AK for a long time. RETURN MY MONEY NOW!!!!.

Bought a baseball cap from the company. The website made out they were an American company. The cap in question said it was 100% American made. It turns out it's not a US company but a Chinese company. The cap I bought was made of leather with leather stitching, and other leather badges stitched on. What I received was the cheapest baseball cap, with the design printed on, including the rips of the peak printed on to it. DO NOT BUY
