Exceptional service from Shaz & Darren
I had an excellent experience with the service from Darren and Shaz! I was unsure about choosing a perfume for my friend, but they gave great recommendations based on what she likes. The personalized ribbon message was such a cute touch, making the gift even more special. Highly recommend their service!

The perfume shop at Stratford City Centre…
I visited the Stratford City Centre shop to purchase a perfume for my husband, and I had an amazing experience. A lovely staff member named Shenay assisted me throughout the visit. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient, making the whole process so smooth and enjoyable. The store also has an impressive collection of perfumes to choose from. Highly recommend this shop for both the fantastic service and great variety!

Great customer service from Shaz
Found my receipt! Came over from Essex to visit another shop, popped in here and was greeted by a really helpful and lovely girl named Shaz. Ended up buying another Xmas present for the family! It’s customer service like this that makes people go to the shops rather than shop online, sadly not everyone values customer service the same. Well done Shaz, I would shop there more if local.
