I am absolutely disappointed with the service of the perfume shop I ordered a perfume from one of the shop in Stratford the perfume wasn't available at that time the lady told we can order online it can come to your home in 3 working days I ordered on 21st September still no sign I contacted the helpline they say it's back to shop once we recieve we will refund your money
It was a gift for my wife's birthday I am utterly disgusted with it really not happy it's my first and last time with the perfume shop.

I went in to the Stratford broadway perfume shop today .I was served by two lovely ladies named DIANE AND SAMIRA, their customer service was excellent, Diane took her time to show me different perfumes and I made my choice at the end, she was very pleasant to deal with, I am really pleased with her attitude towards customers, beautiful smile too, thanks for your amazing customer service👍🏽🙏
