Service was great , staff were the nicest at this time of year in any shop at the lakes this evening. Emily’s wrapping was great ❤️

As we first entered the store we were kindly approached by Ember! They were helpful and so informative of the products and helped us find the perfect scent for my grandads Xmas present! Thank you so much Ember for your amazing service!

Holly from rushden lakes was absolutely wonderful today, told me about all the special offers and even gave me a freebie. She was so helpful and kind and I left with some really good deals for Christmas.

Went to visit The Perfume Shop at Rushden Lakes to get a brand in for Christmas this year. While I couldn't remember what brand I was asked to get, the girl who served me really helped me out in taking a chance on what to get. Very serious about her job for the time she worked, dedicating time and resourcefulness to help me find the Perfume that sits the best with me. Kudos to you Ember!

Eitherway it was a great environment there and with the help of their customer service, I walked out with something I am sure is within my best interest.

I had a lovely experience at the perfume shop in rushden lakes today. Holly served me today and she was so lovely and polite! She was so kind and really helped me as i need to exchange one of my items but she was so helpful!

Holly approached us when we arrived in a very friendly manner and asked if we needed any help. She listened to what we were looking for and gave us lots of suggestions to be able to pick out the perfect gift.

On a miserable rainy day I popped into The Perfume Shop at Rushden Lakes and was delighted with how friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and the overall fab customer service I received from Eden and Amber. I commented to them how lovely they were and it makes a change compared to some shops I go into as I hate bad customer service so I always ensure I tell anyone that give me service with a smile, as it makes all the difference. Thanks girls I will be back and will recommend to all my family and friends!
