I was served by a young girl named Morven on Tuesday she was so delightful and extremely helpful.

Had the best experience in the perfume shop the other day!! Morven served me and she was so lovely and patient with me! She helped me chose a perfume as I was struggling to decide what I wanted. She took her time to explain the different fragrances and i left very happy with my choice! Thank you for a wonderful experience from such a lovely girl! I will definitely be back and hope to see Morven there🥰🥰🥰

I was served again by morven in Perth today. She had such a smile was happy to help. A joy to be served by. I will be back, only place I buy my perfume. 👍

Morven made sure to help me with selecting a perfume for my friends birthday. I went in without any ideas on what to purchase and she was able to help me with this :)

Did have exceptional service by staff , handled queries and cleared all confusion and did spend some time explaining certain brands, was served by a lady named Morven .

Naila helped us choose perfumes and she was a lovely lady. Very cheerful and a credit to your company.

We visited The Parfum Shop in Perth today and were so pleased with the super kind and professional service we received! 🥹 Chloe was incredibly helpful in finding a new perfume for me after I’d gotten a bit bored of my previous one.. 🤭 she instantly knew which scents I might like, and I ended up discovering my new favourite! Meanwhile, Naila kindly helped my husband set up a rewards card after we realised the one we had was actually from a different shop with a very similar logo and name 😅🫠

My husband also found the perfume he’d been looking for, so we both left very happy. Thank you, Chloe and Naila, for such a lovely experience. We’ll definitely be back once we run out! 🤗✨

Perfume shop in Perth has always been a favourite of mine. You will not be stuck for choice when buying for a loved one. Debbie and her staff are second to none and are always happy to help.

Was served by a lovely lady,Naila today in perth branch,she was very helpful in helping me chose a gift and offered the gift wrapping service.was interested in who the gift was for and showed an eagerness to help get the correct gift i will certainly look out for this lady when next shopping in the branch.she made me feel like a special customer.

A friendly warm welcome from naila today made my time in the store lovely, she’s helped me pick the most delicious perfume for my boyfriend and surprised me with some testers him and myself

Naila was amazing, such great customer service when I wanted to try a certain perfume and also gave me some free samples to go away with. Would recommend the perfume shop and Naila to everyone. Chloe was also great!!
