The Manager was very good showing me the new Jimmy Choo perfumes. And staff looked up other notes in other perfumes. They had time for you not rushed. The new fragrance fillers are brilliant too as well as staff

Advertising discounts you can’t get
Went into the Metrocentre store today and was not allowed to use my 15% Blue light card discount even though the sign is right next to the till. The staff member said that when she scans the item on the till it takes 10% off, so you can’t use Blue light
