The best customer service ive ever received.
I went in the store on Thursday afternoon and was greeted by 2 lovely members of staff. They were very helpful and friendly and found me the ideal fragrance for my wife. The service was brilliant and the staff couldn't of done any thing more to help. Special mention to aurora who served me who helped with the gruelling process of picking the best scent for my wife. I would also like to give a massive shout out to the area manager who was in cleaning the shelves and doing a cracking job may I add. 10 out of 10. The best customer service in the metro centre by a tattie field. Would definitely be returning for all my fragrance needs.

Very helpful and knowledgeable
Aurora (hope we’ve spelled her name correctly) was fantastic today. She helped us find our wedding perfumes and was so knowledgable about the different scents. We both picked something we likely would not have typically looked at and are so pleased with the choices made. She was fab!
