I just wanted to take a moment to say how wonderful Aurora is at The Perfume Shop in Livingston. She is always incredibly polite, friendly and welcoming, and I’m warmly greeted every time I visit.
Aurora’s customer service skills are exceptional. She is genuinely helpful, attentive and always makes the experience feel personal rather than just being another customer. Her knowledge, professionalism and lovely personality really stand out.
The service I receive from Aurora is honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back to the store. She is a real asset to the team and deserves recognition for the fantastic customer service she provides. A huge thank you, Aurora! ❤️

Exceptional service at The Perfume Shop in Livingston! Aleah was brilliant, when the fragrance I wanted was out of my budget, she guided me to a fantastic alternative I never would have considered.
Just as impressive was how they treated my 10-year-old daughter buying her very first travel-sized perfume. Fin and Kim treated her with the exact same warmth and care as someone spending £100+. In a world where great customer service is rare, this team clearly loves what they do. Safe to say, this is her new favorite fragrance shop!

She tried to her best to find the best deal for me as I was buying an aftershave for my partner and she was very knowledgable about the products and best deal for my money.
