Visited Hemel Hempstead store and the lovely Corrine was so knowledgable and kind and patient with me wanting to buy my wedding frangrance. Jasmine then served us two more wonderful ladies you couldn’t find. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you so much ladies

Jasmine was really really helpful! I’d never bought a nice fragrance before (couldn’t tell you the difference between men’s and women’s perfumes, just to give you an idea) but she was so warm and friendly, especially for a complete novice like me. I was able to give a bit of a guide for price and the kind of scent I thought I might like and she ran with it, gave me lots of different ones to try and eventually I chose the Diesel Tattoo one that she recommended. She was so lovely and a credit to your store, thank you!

I had a request to find a mans fragramce, longer lasting, and Saffron and Janine were incredibly helpful explaining about the difference between eau de toilette, eau de parfum, and parfum. I sampled a number of recommendations and the one I eventually chose I am delighted with. In no way were they pushy, and in fact gave me time, with attentiveness too. Thank you. I will be a regular from now on.
