I had such a lovely experience at The Perfume Shop Hemel Hempstead, thanks to Saffron! I came in looking for a fragrance for my partner and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She really took the time to understand what kind of scents I was looking for and helped me choose the perfect fragrance.
Her customer service was warm and genuine, and she made the whole shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Saffron — I’ll definitely be coming back!

It’s a lovely shop with good staff
It’s a lovely shop with good staff. My son gave me a voucher for the perfume Hypnose and when I visited the shop in The Marlowes found it was discounted again. The perfume was sent to my home as they were out of stock and that was free! Excellent!
