Went to find a perfume that I only had a blurred photo of a tester bottle I was assisted by Gabi who found the perfume for me me and then kindly took me through all the diffrent sizes and the deals that were on as well she was very helpful and help me pick the right one for a gift

I’m a regular customer of The Perfume Shop (209 St James Square, Edinburgh), and I always enjoy shopping there. Recently, I was helped by Paul, who went above and beyond to find the perfume I wanted as a gift for my friend. He was incredibly kind, patient, and dedicated — even contacting other stores to locate the right size for me. I’m very grateful for his exceptional service and the warm, friendly atmosphere of the whole team. He made my visit so pleasant! I highly recommend this store!

Store has multiple options to buy purfumes and the staff is with patience and very polite and especially AISHWARYA is very nice and very good at sales she showing multiple options to buy by the customer her way of convince customer is very good iam very impressed
