We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. She made the whole experience so special for both me and my daughter. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help us. Exceptional Customer Service
I called your Colchester shop this morning and spoke with Lottie. She was so polite and engaging and answered all my questions efficiently and wished me well. I then visited the shop to make my purchase. Lottie served me and when I confirmed what I wanted, she then said ‘was it you I spoke with earlier today?’. This was a lovely expression of ‘joined up’ customer engagement. The customer experience was wonderful and I thanked Lottie for being so kind, efficient and engaging.
