I called your Colchester shop this morning and spoke with Lottie. She was so polite and engaging and answered all my questions efficiently and wished me well. I then visited the shop to make my purchase. Lottie served me and when I confirmed what I wanted, she then said ‘was it you I spoke with earlier today?’. This was a lovely expression of ‘joined up’ customer engagement. The customer experience was wonderful and I thanked Lottie for being so kind, efficient and engaging. I had a wonderful experience thanks to Julie at The Perfume Shop in Colchester. She is truly the best sales assistant I have ever met. From the moment we walked in, she made me and my husband feel genuinely welcome, valued, and appreciated. She treated us with such kindness, warmth, and sincerity that we felt a real sense of belonging.

We went into store for my son who was looking for a new scent for his 13th Birthday to add to his collection, he can be very fussy so i was extremely grateful to be served by India, she was patient and offered extremely high levels of customer service nothing was to much to ask for. She helped us with many new scents and advised us of all the offers the store had I ended up buying more than what I was expecting as she was just so helpful. I have been back to store and even bought another perfume. India was fantastic and a credit to have her working for your store. Thanks again for your time and help in store with my son he is very happy with his new perfume so Thank you !
