Great customer service
Visited the Colchester branch and was served by a lady called India. She was amazing. Very friendly. We asked for certain scent and she was knowledgeable and pulled different brands for the requested scent. She also made us aware of the offers available.
We finally bought a very nice perfume from the shop.

I had a fantastic experience at the perfume shop today. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. I was served by India, who was absolutely lovely—she brought such great energy and made the whole experience enjoyable.
She was knowledgeable, attentive without being pushy, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. Her enthusiasm for the fragrances was contagious, and she made choosing the right scent feel easy and fun.
