Outstanding customer service, I had a specific aftershave I went to buy, Kenzo Homme. It was unavailable to buy online and had a limited supply and not available in the Cheltenham shop. Lewis ordered it from another shop, delivered direct to my door on Thursday 12th June, less than 24 hours after my visit to the store. And I got a discount! Absolutely amazing thank you.
