Fraud order
My partner paid £115 Valentino Born In Roma Donna Green Stravaganza
Eau de Parfum Spray 100ML. Which is an expensive gift that my partner got for me for my bday gift. When I received the order today inside the order bag was an protein bar. Like are you being for real…. £115 pounds on this. And when I’ve escalated the matter to them they want to tell me that they don’t believe that that protein bar bag could fit in that order package then who’s delivered it then because clearly it was delivered in that package bag. they need to go sort out their delivery team who’s fraud my order and taking my order for themselves. Scams

Hello Marie,
I am extremely sorry to read about your experience and completely understand how concerning and upsetting this must have been, particularly as the fragrance was purchased as a birthday gift.
Please be assured that we take concerns of this nature extremely seriously. Receiving an item that was not what you ordered is certainly not the experience we expect for our customers, and your concerns have been raised internally for further investigation.
Having looked into this for you, I can also confirm that a full refund for your order has already been processed.
I sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience this has caused, and I hope the refund provides some reassurance while your concerns are being reviewed internally.
Kind regards,
Jasmyn
