We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Great shopping experience.
On entering the store my wife and I were greeted with a warm welcome by Jamie and asked if he could be of assistance to us. I had only called in to see if they had a tester of a Tom Ford fragrance before committing to a purchase. I was pleased that there was one as I had called unsuccessfully at 2 other stores previously. He talked to us about what fragrances we liked and suggested a couple to us based on our preferences. He was not pushy and made us feel like valued customers. We both ended up making a purchase (not the Tom Ford fragrance) and thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience. We will definitely use this store again and recommend it to our friends and family.
