Niamh was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes fragrance shop staff can be quite pushy to buy or toward a particular scent but she was not at all! Thank you!

Was fed up of rushing in and out of frargrance shops trying one or two here and there. I really wanted to find a perfume for my wife that she really loved. Well Erin in the perfume shop in buchanan galleries in Glasgow was absolutely fantastic letting my wife take her time to smell various scents and not preasuring us for a sale. In the end we got my wife 100ml Black opium over red and I got a Spicebomb bargain for my son...Fantastic customer service Erin well done.!!!

I recently visited your perfume shop and was assisted by a young man with glasses. He was very helpful and polite. However, I was quite disappointed by the behavior of two other staff members, who I believe may have been his managers.

While I was in the middle of speaking with the young man, a blonde woman abruptly interrupted our conversation to instruct him to carry out another task. Shortly after, another woman with dark hair also intervened, asking him to assist a different customer. Neither of these women acknowledged me or offered any sort of apology for the interruption, which I found both disrespectful and dismissive, not only to me as a customer, but also to the staff member who was doing his best to help.

Although the young man kindly apologised and said he would return to assist me shortly, the actions of the two women left me feeling undervalued and unwelcome. I was in the store for no more than ten minutes, but the experience was enough for me to decide not to put money in their till. Instead, I visited The Fragrance Shop and made a purchase there.

I want to make it clear that the young man’s service was excellent and he handled the situation as best he could. My concern lies solely with the unprofessional and dismissive behavior of the other staff members.

I dont usually leave reviews, but thought this was necessary.

I was looking for an everyday aftershave/eau de cologne for daily use and wanted something economical. I was looked after by Lin at the Buchannan Galleries shop. She was very helpful, let me try various samples and had suggestions which I appreciated. I will certainly return when I need to replenish my more expensive after shave and my "budget" eau de cologne.

I have used a perfume for many years that is now only sold by Perfume shop, not only was it on offer today, I saved an extra 20% as bought two bottles.
Jane asked for my opinion on the ‘points’ free gifts that are offered, she also showed me how to use the small atomiser bottle sold in store as this perfume only comes in a larger bottle.
