Amazing with discounts and you have the most friendly and helpful staff at the Broadway branch in Bradford,especially Sati she makes you feel like she has all the time for you. She's amazing.

I had an amazing experience with Satty at the Bradford Broadway branch who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Absolutely smashing customer service will definitely be visiting this branch again! Also got a a free gift on my birthday due to the perfume shop 10th anniversary so excited to try!

Satty gave the best customer service!! We were a bit clueless about what to get our son's girlfriend but Satty gave great guidance, found us a great deal, and the scent is lovely and went down very well!! She even gift wrapped the perfume for us! Satty made it clear that giving top customer service is her top priority and we really appreciate it!! We'll definitely be back next time we're looking for a scent. Thanks Satty!

The in-store service is excellent, but the online ordering process could be improved. The website seems somewhat complicated and could benefit from a redesign. Many items are advertised with free gifts, but it is difficult to view them, or they are unavailable, which isn't great.

In the store, samples are not readily available unless a purchase is made or one is a member of the club.

I came here today to look for a new, earthy (tree) scent but I didn’t know where to look after getting the same aftershave for years. I was given a warm welcome by Satty and was helped by Tia. They were very patient with me finding an aftershave I really liked. Tia gave me some samples to walk away with too! Thank you Satty and Tia for the amazing service!
