Elizabeth was fantastic… great advice and helped myself and son. 5 ⭐

I’ve always gone elsewhere for my perfume but I wondered in and was served by Barbara who was so helpful and her customer service, care and attention was just outstanding. Nothing was ever too much and she did everything to help me and my mum find the perfect fragrance, whilst we didn’t purchase anything as we found the item cheaper elsewhere, she was absolutely brilliant and will be sure to pop in again.

Excellent customer service by Barbara. Fantastic collection and value for money

Good customer service from. Princess at Bluewater The Perfume Store.

Elizabeth was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the perfumes I was after. I was looking for a perfume to replace a discontinued one I’d used for a long time. She took the time to go through many perfumes and we found the perfect one. The staff even managed my daughter who hurt herself with a lolly and some tester perfumes to cheer her up! Was a fun and enjoyable experience. Would recommend!
