Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. I had a fantastic experience at The Perfume Shop in Bluewater, thanks to Siobhan. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and couldn’t have been more helpful.
She took the time to help us find the perfect perfume for my daughter, offering great recommendations without making us feel rushed or pressured. She also helped us apply a Blue Light discount, which was really appreciated and made the whole experience even better.
Excellent customer service is hard to come by these days, but Siobhan went above and beyond. She’s a real credit to The Perfume Shop, and we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you again!

Great Service excellent staff
As a member of the fragrance shop for several years I recently received terrible service after they wanted to breach my GDPR rights. I told them to stuff my membership and changed to the Perfume shop. I visited Dartford Bluewater store and was given exceptional service from Barbara.
