They coverd everything and attended the appointment for me and I was so surprised less than a week ago I asked and today my passport arrived to my door I can’t Belive it. I had a name change to do on passport and wanted it back ASAP as had holiday booked wasn’t shore how I went about the process so contacted these guys & (Ben) can honestly say I don’t think I’ve experienced anything as easy and smoothly processed with this all due to the professionalism Ben talked me through everything then backed up with email plus kept me updated throughout the process I had 7 day fast track was done in 2 days and in the post well worth the money top company thanks Ben
