Have used the paddy box three times now twice to my son in Australia and once to my daughter in Paris ,it was so easy to order and both my children loved them would highly recommend 😊🍀

I ordered a Paddy Box on Sunday night in Ireland and it was delivered in California on Friday! Fantastic service. My girls were thrilled with their delivery. They loved the Irish Cadbury chocolate and Mighty Munch!
I will definitely order again soon from Paddy Box.

Fast, helpful interaction with customer support (Clare), in helping to send goodies to colleagues in kolkata. She made the process so easy. Will definitely use again.

I think the Paddy Box is a genius idea. I sent one to my niece in Australia. She was delighted with it, but the message I had asked to be included was not so she had no idea who it was from. Also one of the gift items was not included. I have sent an email so I'm hoping they will send the gift item on to her.
UPDATE: I have been told that my message was too long to include and to be fair it was quite long, but there was nothing to say there was a restriction on how long the message could be. They also cannot send on the missing gift item, they have offered me €5 refund. I would like them to honour the order that I placed and they verified and stated would be sent, and to now send the missing item as it was their error.
FURTHER UPDATE: Having sent a second email An Post are going to send out the missing gift item so I'm very happy about that :)

Birthday Paddy Box sent to Australia and arrived in days and a very very happy birthday girl with very jealous Irish friends of the fab contents from home. Will definitely order again.

Excellent and efficient service and a great range of Irish products. My daughter in Australia was delighted with her Paddy Box.

The DHL tracking was also excellent. My daughter lives in a rural area where she has to visit the local post office to collect post and parcels. With the tracking, I was able let know exactly when parcel arrived other local post and she could collect it.

Really great service and highly recommended as a gift idea for Irish folks with family living abroad.

Amazing customer service! I had issues obtaining my Code and adding the Australian phone number to the order form. In both cases I was dealt with promptly by email and in person on the phone. Order was completed on Friday 17th at lunchtime. The Paddy Box was delivered on Wednesday 22nd in Brisbane, Australia! Thank you so much! The recipients were thrilled and it meant so much to get a gift from home, with lots of treats, during a tough time for them.
