Each week we continue to add new products to our website and today we have over 1000 products. We have plans to open our first store in Hampshire in 2022

Item good but dispatch poor
Item is very nice, but the process of delivery is a shambles. Had to chase repeatedly and given numerous delivery dates. Updates on the status of your order is none existent and could be improved.

Unfortunately due to the return from the Christmas break there has been a huge delay with some orders however we do always try to aim to deliver all items within 3-5 working days but our normal lead time would be 7-10 working days which means the item did arrive at the correct time.

Good customer care
Original item arrived damaged but the company chased up and replaced within a couple of days. Very pleased with customer care. Would happily recommend.

First time buyer but not the last!
Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was prompt and any enquires were answered immediately with a personal touch. The product (Aruba Rattan 9 seater corner dining set) is of good quality and value for money. A very small missing part was replaced within 24 hours of being reported which was an unexpected surprise. Would definitely recommend and use this company again!

I Ordered 6 leather dining chairs, I got a call a few days later to arrange a delivery date and time. The chairs arrived with no issues. I would shop with pack design again

Malta Garden Furniture
I ordered the 9 seat Malta garden furniture set in ocean grey and it's stunning in my garden.
The customer service I received was first class, nothing was too much trouble.
I also ordered the water proof covers, which are fantastic quality also.
I would highly recommend The Pack Tag Group.

After being let down with another…
After being let down with another company I found the exact same set with Pack Design ordered at the weekend and it arrived Thursday husband said it was easy to set up and it’s so comfy absolutely delighted with it and with the companies service.
Looking forward to my birthday garden party now. Thanks again Claire B

Rattan 9 seater U shape ocean grey
Highly recommended, impeccable customer service and prompt responses. Love my furniture, as described on the site. Lovely colour and very comfortable. Took approx 3 hours to assemble, worth the wait! ...... Just need the sun to come out!

I ordered covers for our new 9 seater garden furniture I left it until the evening to put them on (it was due to rain over night) this is when I realised a sofa and a chair cover was missing I emailed straight away this was after 10pm I got a reply within 15 minutes which I really didn’t expect saying they were so sorry and will send the missing items which I should receive in 48hrs , 24hrs later I have received the missing covers, excellent customer service from start to finish, I would definitely use this company again, ps the covers are excellent quality too.
Keep up the excellent work.

Ordered the Fiji 8 seater rattan set in…
Ordered the Fiji 8 seater rattan set in dove grey. Few delays on delivery due to the borders however arrived last week and it’s beautiful. Tricky to put up as instructions are not great but got there in the end and very pleased with the result. Very comfy and sturdy just what we wanted a great addition to our garden! Customer service was great from start to finish highly recommend!

Purchased the 9 seater Malta sofa…
Purchased the 9 seater Malta sofa seating set in ocean grey. Unfortunately the package arrived damaged so I messaged Lloyd and he contacted me immediately arranging replacement parts for delivery the next day. Absolutely brilliant service and would totally recommend them.
Enjoying the sofa set as I write this!

Super happy with my garden furniture purchase the customer service was Brillant from start to finish and delivery was super quick to. The quality of it is excellent really pleased we went for the grey set. Will def be recommending to friends.

Delighted with my purchase.
I ordered the 9 seat Malta. Found it difficult to follow the instructions but within 1 minute of messaging the company someone got in touch to advise and help! Customer Service is above and beyond. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase, it is absolutely stunning! Would definitely recommend The Pack Tag Group.
