Excellent Service - 2nd Time of Ordering
This is the 2nd time of ordering from the Optical Store. My opticians had recommended these eyebrows, Systane Complete, as I have very dry eyes, Pinguncula, & Posterior Vitrous Detachment. The only place I have been able to buy these drops off the shelf, has been Boots. But they are nearly twice the price & don't always have the 'Complete' drops in stocks. The Optical Store has been really efficient. Always having stock, delivery with 2-4 days & occasionally a 10% discount. Plus, big bonus, a box of 4 of these drops easily fits through the letter box, so no hassle of deliveries not arriving when they were supposed to have!

Once again The Optical Store came up trumps, price of contacts was the cheapest by far on-line and delivery was very quick. Ordering was easy and website easy to navigate. They are an ace company well done folks.

Excellent product, excellent delivery time. 4 stars only because the 10% off your first order code is only for some products. Which ironically you'd need glasses for to see on the website.

I compared prices and the optical store had the cheapest price for the contact lenses I wanted. Ordered 18/05 at night and the order got processed 24 hours later.
Received today 21/05 by Royal Mail. So overall 3 business days. Great. Would purchase again

Ordered precision 1 disposable lens. The optical store was offering the best price (by far).
Really needed the lenses quite quickly as I stupidly ran out of stock, lucky the whole purchase was smooth and the lenses arrived the next day.

Extremely good Customer service and support
Extremely good prices, great customer service and fast delivery & order processing.
The only downside of my transaction was that one of my contacts were cancelled automatically because of a selection error on the website, and so I ordered a non-existent prescription; I would have preferred to be able to choose a replacement and pay the difference or another outcome.
Otherwise, excellent service, especially the customer support. They are extremely active.
