Thank you for your report, the diagnosis of piston or bearing wear is spot on, we have main bearing issues and wanted to see if fuel or water had contributed to the problem, this now helps moving forward with rebuilding our engine. Manny thanks

Small price to pay for peace of mind

Relevant test for motor oil
I had my oil sample tested as I had a suspicion that there is coolant in oil from a possible problematic head gasket or a faulty EGR cooler in the case of my N47T engine. The results came back Negative and with the help of Emma I understand more about oil in my car. I recommend doing to oil test as it can avert higher cost for investigation in a manual way.

Presentation of results and…
Presentation of results and permissible range / tolerance on a coloured chart or graph showing range and results together could communicate the information far more effectively than listed and worded on separate documents.
Sample receipt should also be confirmed with a short email.

Very impressed with the service from start to finish. Initial phone call, I spoke to a very polite and helpful person who arranged to send the sampling kit, which arrived next day. The kit was excellent and made the job of sampling so clean and easy, and packaging all set for returning. Results came through very quickly and I would recommend you to anyone requiring a test.
